No Thanx! The '70s Punk Rebellion (Volumes 1 e 2)

Pois é... O blog andou meio 'abandonado' nessas últimas semanas devido à falta de tempo, maaas, voltei! E volto trazendo os dois primeiros discos de uma coletânea, com o perdão da palavra, foda pra caralho! Três acordes, diversão e sujeira... Nada melhor que o bom e velho punk pra espantar o tédio.

A maior parte das bandas que estão compiladas nestes discos são, basicamente, o alicerce do meu gosto musical, e remetem à época de quando comecei me interessar pelo rock'n'roll, a 10 anos atrás. Enquanto alguns amigos estavam esfolando os dedos em tentativas de solos inspirados por "Angras" e "Rhapsodys" da vida, eu, aos 13, estava pintando o cabelo de vermelho, rasgando as roupas e tocando Olho Seco!

Bom, a idade passa, alguns radicalismos ficam pra trás, mas a essência não muda nunca: aquele sentimento de que punk (ou, o rock’n'roll propriamente dito) é mais que música, é mais que toda essa porcaria comercial que vemos diariamente; Rock'n'roll não tem nada a ver com fama ou status: é pura intuição, é um estado transgressor, é o animal que existe no interior de cada ser humano. "Raw power! raw powwwwwwwwer!" - Como diria Iggy. E, para terminar, deixo uma declaração feita por Frank Sinatra, em uma audição em 1958:

"O rock'n'roll é a mais brutal, feia, desesperada e maléfica forma de expressão que eu já tive o desprazer de ouvir. Ele é escrito e cantado por estúpidos cretinos, com reiterações imbecis e letras hipócritas, obscenas, realmente sujas (...) (o rock'n'roll) consegue ser o hino militar de todos os delinqüentes de costeletas sobre a face da Terra."
